CNAS Testing Laboratory
1. Photoelectric testing room: test for the power, light and color; test for radiation safety; test for optical spatial distribution.2. Safety laboratory: hazardous substances tests (RoHS); test for components temperature; lamp holder temperature-rise test; torque/tension test; simulation of transport shaking and falling down and some other safety test.
3. Environmental test chamber: test for high/low temperature, high/low pressure, constant temperature and humidity, waterproof and dustproof and salt fog etc.
4. EMC lab: test for EMI and EMS.
5. Module lab: X-ray nondestructive detection and thermal resistance analysis test.
6. Life time lab: life time test; rapid-start test and high/low pressure lighting test.
7. Material lab: test for waterproof and dustproof of the lamps; test for rust protection of the metal parts; needle flame test for insulation material; glow wire test; PTI test and test for vacuum degree and air charging pressure of the tube.
